Question about Water

After writing my post for WFMW, I was told that sparkling water isn't as good for you as "flat" water. Does anyone know for sure? I can't find any real information about it. Just wondering!

You need to make sure there is nothing else added (sugar etc) to the sparkling water. It also makes you bloated, and feel full faster.

Ideally you should drink still water, after all, gas that goes in, has to come out again!!

Living with two boys and a baby, I need to drink the bubbles to keep up with all the...gas that goes on in this house!
